The first competition

The first competition A little background about how I was given 200kg in the deadlift. As I said earlier, my working weights have stalled at certain points. Traction for a long time was 150x6One day I throw my working weight into a deadlift and ... I realize that it's hard as hell. I think that I shouldn't have I ate normally, that I should sleep more, that I was completely weak, and other thoughts about the impermanence of existence. Then I took 200kg in the maximal oxygen tank at the competition and ... I realize that it's hard as hell. I think about my life at this point. I don't have the strength to work out, so I take 200kg in the max. oxygen tank. I don't have enough energy to train in such conditions, and my body is beginning to break down. I realize that even if I can't go to the competition, I can still train, and I'll definitely win. I stand there thinking that I won't be able to pull on those huge pectoral muscles. And in a few days I will pull a muscle in half, and then I will never pull it again. I refuse to let this happen to me. I mentally prepared myself for the competition. And then the idea occurred to me one day to take 200kg in the maximal oxygen tank. And in the dark, I slipped and fell, hard with my chest, my back was dead. I immediately thought about taking 50kg in the arena, but 50kg is already a lot, even for one competition. With 50kg in the maximum oxygen tank, I wouldn't be able to move. I don't want to do it. I don't want to do it. I don't have the strength to continue. And then I remembered. I was pulling on dumbbells in the maximum and everything seemed to be going according to plan. But then I remembered something. I don't call it a "consult" it's more like an "investigation". I looked at the time, and in 4 days I pulled 3 sets of 12-10-8. I did everything according to the instructions. Everything. And then 4 days later, I'm pulling weight again... And here I was thinking that I won't be able to pull, that I won't be able to keep my back straight, that I just can't do it... And here I was, lifting a huge weight, and I didn't even prepare properly. And to make matters worse, I didn't even plan to do it. And now I understand that not all exercises are created equal. Some are more effective than others. Some exercises should be performed more often than others. And if you think that a strict bench press will give a useful effect, then wait a minute... Is it really necessary to do such twisting exercises? How many times a week should it be? What happens if your back is paralysed? What should I do? I don't know. I've been doing my abs for the past 3 years. I've tried everything. And I don't want to do it any other way. So I gave up.Continuing the story... A few months later, I started my training program. Everything was going well. I ordered a treadmill, went to the gym, did my workouts, rested between classes, and received my first contribution to the project: A SQUATTER. And as I thought, this is so... A Box for muscle growthI squat so I can pump up my back in the initial stages. I did exactly as directed and within a month I noticed significant progress in terms of back development and strength indicators. And so I thought, what if I want to start pumping up my back and give my back a boost? And, by the way, for those who asked, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, well, let's talk about that time when I didn't want to or could not get on the right track and just went for fun. There was a lot of hard work, a lot of sweat, and in the end, the result was not what I expected. I wanted to prove to myself that you can actually pump up your back and give your biceps a boost. And I want to say that this is possible! And if you think that it is not possible, just remember that you can always pump up a large amount of muscle in a short time, and lose weight in the process. Yes, you can do it. And I want to tell you that you can also do it. And I want to tell you that You can do It too. Yes, you can not only achieve the desired back and biceps in short time, but also have a long-term effect on your health
