I washed the floors, fell-did push-UPS! Fitness maniacs cannot be stopped by closing fitness clubs, parks, sports playgrounds and courtyards! We have a home! It has remained open for us! And that's great! In your own apartment, you can work wonders and practice as well as in the gym. But before the quarantine regime, it was hard to imagine that in the apartment, in addition to the press and push-UPS, anything can be done from exercises at all.I work as a coach for group programs. I don't like and have never promoted fitness training at home. For me, this is amateurism and lack of professionalism. We private individuals can only provide information and ideas. Training at home allows you to: a) Identify and work with individuals. b) Gain a Competitive edge over your opponent. c) Make personal progressions (movements, breathing, heartbeat). d) Allow you to experiment (play, laugh, cry, etc.). e) Allow you to be creative in how you perform exercises. f) Allow you to practice different exercises for different muscle groups. g) Allow you to practice working techniques without having to break down training programs into training programs. h) Allow you to practice without a coach. i) Identify and redirect nervous energy. j) Allow you to practice working with a trainer (igniting, correcting breathing, etc.). k) Allow you to practice working with a nutritionist (feeding, hydration, etc.) while being mindful of your own needs. L) Allow you to practice working with a trainer without a coach. m) Identify and redirect attention to your own body. n) Allow you to practice working with a trainer without a coach. o) Perform individual exercises for each muscle group. P) Allow you to switch to working with a nutritionist while being mindful of your own needs. Q) Allow you to make a decision for yourself how much you need to train per week. You can do better work when you are in the office or at home.
